Delivery times
Every TurboGlow is made to order, just for you.
- Production: 12 to 20 days after your order is placed.
- Shipping: 7 to 10 days once your order ships.
Please allow about 3 to 4 weeks in total for your order to arrive. Order by November 20 to receive it before Christmas.
Damaged or not working
If your TurboGlow arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery at turboglow@outlook.fr with your order number and a photo or video showing the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Change of mind
Because each projector is made to order, we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind or no longer want the item.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows that your package was lost and never delivered, contact us and we will ship you a new one at no cost.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is also covered if your package is marked as delivered but was stolen or is missing. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will ship you a new one at no cost.
