30-day damage guarantee
If your TurboGlow arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 30 days of delivery at turboglow@outlook.fr with your order number and a photo or video showing the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows that your package was lost and never delivered, we will ship you a new one at no cost.
Because each projector is made to order, we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind. See our Shipping & Returns page for all the details.
