When will my order arrive?
Each TurboGlow is made to order. Production takes 12 to 20 days, then shipping takes 7 to 10 days, so please allow about 3 to 4 weeks in total. Order by November 20 to receive it before Christmas.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on every order.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at turboglow@outlook.fr with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, and we will send you a replacement or a refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Because each projector is made to order, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind.
Does it have a built-in battery?
No. The projector runs on its power cable, so keep it plugged in while you use it.
How long does setup take?
Just a few minutes: place the projector, plug it in, link your phone and press play.
